Please contact our concierge within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim for any quality concerns.
Return Process

Upon arrival, please carefully examine your confections and packaging for any signs of transit damage or discrepancies.

Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the original shipping label to help our quality control team evaluate your claim.

- 4.Resolution Process
